Peak is open daily Monday through Friday with flexible hours to accommodate your busy schedule. Peak open's early on Monday, Wednesday and Friday beginning at 6:30 am, and stays open late on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, closing at 7 pm. |

Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine at the Michael Johnson Performance Center is a state of the art sports rehabilitation center aimed at getting athletes of all ages, abilities, and levels of competition back into the game. Peak’s relationship with Michael Johnson has solidified its reputation as the premier physical therapy and sports rehabilitation group in the DFW metroplex and allowed Peak to further develop it’s Integrated Performance Rehab approach. It is a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in the rehabilitation of all orthopedic injuries and conditions.

Jon Poe
Jon began his career in Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation after completion of his Bachelors Degree and the Athletic Trainer Internship program at Baylor University in 1993. After 2 years in a clinical setting he returned to school for completion of his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine, FL. Jon is a Licensed Physical Therapist and a Licensed/Certified Athletic Trainer. He brings these credentials, experience and manual training to bear on his patients which allows a broad scope for optimal patient outcome. Jon is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Manual Therapy Certification. He is the co-founder of Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Centers.
Jon is a native of McKinney, Texas, a graduate of McKinney High School and member of the 1986 State Finalist football team. He began his undergraduate studies at Kilgore College, where he was also a 2 year Football Letterman at the Quarterback and Receiver Positions. Jon, his wife Judy, and their 3 children reside in McKinney. He is a competitive triathlete with 50 plus triathlons completed since 1990 and 3 Ironman finishes under his belt. Jon enjoys outdoor and physical activities with his family and believes in providing a model of a healthy lifestyle for his family, community and patients. |
